Sébastien Thiam

Founder & CEO

Sebastien brings pertinent on-the-ground experience and expertise of high-risk markets. A seasoned strategic adviser and business developer, he draws from an experience of over 20 years in global affairs, strategic intelligence, risk management, and business development.

His background combines military, business and sports diplomacy, entrepreneurial, and consulting roles. Sébastien leveraged a strong network of global and local stakeholders to design and implement initiatives to revitalize war-torn economies through private sector investments, applied sports diplomacy to foster peace and development in fragile states, and built operational resilience for clients and partners in frontier markets through bespoke advisory services. He has gained a deep understanding of the dynamics of conflict-affected and high-risk areas, and risk through this experience. Sébastien is passionate about applying his skills and expertise to support our clients and partners in achieving their goals in complex, rewarding environments.

Sebastien holds a MSc. in Engineering from Ecole Navale, Brest (the French Naval Academy), and a Master in Management (MIM) from ESSEC Business School, Paris.
